The hotel is perched up the hill, which provides a convenient location with easy access to the motorway and a downhill walk to the old city. The rooms are huge and comfortable, perfect for families with continental style twin beds and bunk beds for the children. The service is top-notch, with efficient and polite staff. The dining experience offers a wide variety of food with superb views, although it lacked richness in certain options. The facilities are well-maintained, and the price is considered fair for such a grand hotel.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, boasting high-quality furnishings and a lavish bathroom; however, the cleanliness falls short of expectations. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, although some areas lacked attention to detail. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center, yet the uphill trek may not suit everyone's preference. The dining options are varied but may become repetitive over time. The facilities meet expectations, albeit with minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were luxurious, equipped with cream leather couches, a leather bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom that was simply amazing with a state-of-the-art shower, a huge whirlpool bath, his and hers sinks, and plenty of fluffy towels. The space in the room was ample, offering a good size for maximum comfort. However, some hanging space in the wardrobe could have been better to accommodate longer dresses. The service was top-notch with staff who were extremely helpful, giving great tips about navigating the city. The location was superb, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, with stunning views of the Guggenheim Museum, the city, and snow-covered mountains in the distance. The dining experience was wonderful with buffet-style meals and a wide variety of food options. Overall, it was a great value for the price paid.

Upon arrival, the room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, but overall, it was superb clean, comfortable, and restful. The large corner room featured a massive comfy bed, sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom with his and hers sinks, a bath with shower, and a separate shower enclosure.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV and an excellent en-suite bathroom, but the noise from the neighboring room kept me up until 3 am, and the quality of the beds was lacking. However, the room had a large sitting area and a fantastic bathroom, clean and well-appointed.

Staying at this hotel was a real delight! The rooms are comfortable, uniquely decorated, spacious, and very quiet.
